Refund Eligibility

We offer a 48-hour refund window from the first live session, or up to the first 2 live sessions, whichever comes first.

If within this window you feel the program does not meet the technical depth or expectations described on the course page, you may request a full refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within this eligibility window.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The request is made after 48 hours from the first live session
• You have attended more than two live sessions
• The request is due to lack of time, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance

After the refund window closes, the seat is considered confirmed and locked.

Nature of the Program

• This is a live digital service, not a physical product
• There are no returns or exchanges
• Seats are limited and blocked once enrollment is confirmed

Refund Processing

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time depends on the payment provider or bank (typically 5–10 business days)

Batch Transfers

Transfers to future batches are not guaranteed and handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to seat availability.
