1. Nature of Service

• We provide online training, educational content, digital resources, and/or live sessions.
• All offerings are intangible digital services delivered via platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Drive, LMS portals, live classes, or email.

2. Payments & Pricing

• Payments are accepted via UPI / Bank Transfer / QR Code.
• Prices displayed on the website are final and inclusive of all applicable charges, unless stated otherwise.
• By completing a payment, you confirm that:
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • You have reviewed the course/service details before paying.

3. Order Confirmation & Verification

• After successful payment:
  • The order status may initially show “On Hold”.
  • Payments are verified manually or automatically (via UPI verification tools, where applicable).
• Order confirmation and access details are typically provided within 12 hours of payment verification.

⚠️ Please ensure the correct Order ID / Reference is used while making the payment to avoid delays.

4. Access to Content

• Once payment is verified and the order is marked Completed:
  • Access is granted to the course, materials, or community (WhatsApp / LMS / Drive).
• Access is provided only to the purchaser and is non-transferable.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All purchases are non-refundable once access to digital content, sessions, or materials is granted.
• No refunds will be issued for:
  • Change of mind
  • Lack of usage
  • Partial attendance
  • Internet or device issues on the user’s end
• In rare cases of duplicate payment, the excess amount may be refunded after verification.

6. User Responsibilities

By enrolling, you agree:

• Not to share, resell, or redistribute course materials.
• Not to record or reproduce live sessions without permission.
• To maintain respectful behavior in communities, groups, or live sessions.

Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

7. Technical Issues & Limitations

• While we strive for uninterrupted access, we are not responsible for:
  • Platform outages (WhatsApp, Google, Zoom, etc.)
  • Payment delays due to UPI provider issues
  • Internet or device-related problems on the user’s side

8. Payment Disputes

• Any payment-related concern must be raised within 48 hours of transaction.
• Users are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

9. Modification of Services

• We reserve the right to:
  • Update course content
  • Modify schedules
  • Change delivery platforms
    without affecting the core value of the offering.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, income, or results from any course.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
